The appliance is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to legal terms.
The warranty is limited to manufacturing or material defects, is not extended to parts subject to wear or damage to delicate parts (switches, power cable, etc.) and is also NOT extended to damages resulting from negligence or incorrect use of the appliance itself (for example use of water with hardness higher than 12°F and/or failure to use or replace a suitable softener bag, which leads to limescale encrustations). The warranty becomes void in the event of improper use or tampering, use of force and interventions not carried out by our specialized personnel. However, our guarantee does not limit the Customer's legal rights.

For purchases made with credit card payment, it is due and payable immediately. Your credit card information will be encrypted during the transaction for security reasons.
For purchases of machines and/or accessories made via the internet and call centers it will always be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal based on the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 21.02.2014 n° 21, in the Official Gazette 11.03.2014), by the deadline of 14 calendar days from delivery of the good (or of the last good for multiple orders), contacting customer service for the return methods.
The goods must be returned at the expense of the consumer within 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer communicated his decision to withdraw to Scionti Selezione Superiore.
Scionti superior selections will only accept returns of goods in perfect condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant purchase invoice. In the event that the returns have been made in accordance with what is described above, Scionti Selection Superiore will issue the refund. Scionti superior selections may withhold the refund until it has received the goods. The consumer is solely responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Scionti superior selections will also reimburse the related shipping costs invoiced with the purchase. These methods will also apply to returns coming from Vatican City, the Republic of San Marino, Livigno and Campione: in this case Scionti Selezione Superiori will arrange for the payment of customs permits and taxable taxes.
- Scionti superior selections undertakes to deliver within 2-4 working days from receipt of the order.
- If the customer, at the time of purchase, requests a different delivery method than those normally offered by Scionti Superiore Selection, it will charge the shipping amount within the order.
